There are two elevators in this 8 story building and only 1 is ever operable at a time and it goes out often. Some times the water in the tap comes out yellow and often stains the toilet. Maintenance is slow to respond sometimes taking up to 2.5 months to come and fix minor problems like doors of hinges and broken towel bars. Also the 24 hr emergency number does not work and if messages are left they dont return calls. There is chronic grafitti in the elevator and it is in poor condition. The complex manager does not follow up with the residents and has a lacadasical approach to concerns.
