this building has so much potential but it has gone to waste low income residents who are destroying the building and have no respect for the property or the other tennants an on sight manager whoe refuses to be wrong building owners that you cannot contact believe me i tried. i think the blame has to go to all involved in this buildings shortcomings from the city who signed off on the project without any vision to think outside the box to the owners who feel that lets just get the units occupied but what they dont realize that if you get quality tennants and treat them well then it saves you in the long run from having to constantly evict bad tennants cleaning up there mess and the reputation that the building gets from word of mouth from there actions
