I have lived in the Louis Joliet Apartments for a couple of years now, and I really do like it. I checked with the manager and the building is not for sale. My unit is a really good size and I never hear my neighbors. The location is great! I have seen a new maintenance guy on the property and since he has been here, things are getting fixed a lot faster and the grounds are kept up. I would recommend this building to anyone looking for an apartment in downtown Joliet!
