I have lived here for almost 1 year. When my lease is up I am moving for sure. The buildings hold 12 units and there is only 1 washer and dryer. When I let the water out of my kitchen sink sewage backs up into the tub. YES RAW SEWAGE!!!! I have called the maintenance man 3 times and he tells me each time that it does that, because of the way the pipes are made. My patio screen has never been attached and anytime my children walk my neighbor downstairs throws something at the ceiling. I am looking to move as soon as possible. I would not recommend my worst enemy to rent one of these apartments.
