inexpensive, no frills, friendly people

I live on the second floor and just referred a friend here. There are no extras like a pool or work out room but I don't think I would use them anyway. It's quiet and my neighbors have always been really nice. The office people are always friendly to chat with and any maintenance problems I have had were taken care of immediately.
