I recently moved in to Pine Meadows and I am very please by the management staff and the complex itself. The management staff does a great job of responding to maintenance needs and keeping the common areas clean. They have rules about loud music and not once have I heard loud music from the parking lot or from another unit. I love the fact they have reserved parking. The management staff cares about the property and the residents and it definitely shows.
