This is not a bad place to live. I have been here for years and while it was better maintained before the previous manager died, I still feel pretty comfortable here. They can be slow to fix things and tend to chose the cheap route, but any rodent problems are quickly handled and tenants who are bad seeds don't stay around long. The rent is reasonable. My only real complaint is parking issues because tenants don't pay attention to assigned slots and management ignores the issue.
