I see a lot of bad reviews for ProTown, but I have not had a single issue. When the basement drain plugged, I called them on a Saturday; and Monday morning they were out to rotorooter the drain. I called to tell them the paint on the ceiling in the kitchen was peeling they came and patched it in two days. When I first moved into the house, I filled out my report that they ask each renter and I let them know the carpet had bleach stains and asked it to be replaced. I had brand new carpet installed in a week. Granted it is not the prettiest carpet (think, melted chocolate sundae), but it was new. When the installers came, they did tell me that the same service is not given to many Section 8 tenants. Each year I ask them install the storm windows and they come the next day. Every home owned by Protown on my street is well taken care of. The each home on my street has been repainted outside and inside. I recommend Protown to anyone looking to be treated equal to the way they treat someone.

Give them time. They will earn your trust only to crash it later. Time seems to be their enemy. Their true colors will come out in time and the only way you wont see it is if you use to live in a cave. Thats not an insult to you! All Im sayinfg is....Just keep your guard up!
