They Don't Care!

This is my 2nd year renting a home from them. Wheather you pay your rent on time or late it doesnt matter. They treat you like a low life idiot anyway and they just want their money. The office manager in the office should never be aloud to talk to customers/tenants. She has the people skills of rotten cheese. They act like they're doing tenants a favor and not a service. When I was late with rent, they agreed to terms and still sent the sheriff to my house and took me to court for default. They then agreed,(the office manager and their small time lawyer) to new terms and if they were met they wouldnt report anything to my credit...they lied. I have come to terms that as soon as I clear my credit I will do my best to get out of the home. Oh by the way, all the repairs are still all half done and dont bother sending certified mail. They do not sign for any certified mail(confirmed by the post office) Obviously they think that gets them out of any liability. Just another great customer service tactic by Pro-town, praying on less fortunate.
