not worth it

I am still currently living at Twin Oaks; I must until my lease is up. I found out after I moved in that I was paying the rent amount of the remodled apartments- and my apartment is not remodeled!!! When I first took a tour and up to the time that I signed my deposit check, they told me that my rent was $585, but when I went to sign the lease, it magically changed to $610!! The management does not respond to problems quickly. I moved in three months ago and they still have not fixed a hole in my ceiling! They also told me that I can swim any time in the pool (I get home from work late), but I found out from other tenants in the building that although we have a key, management still puts a chain around the fence so no one could get in! They are supposed to salt the steps/parking lot early in the morning, but when I went out to my car at 9AM a few days ago, I fell backwards on three concrete steps because they did not salt! That is dangerous! Now I am all bruised! The location of Twin Oaks is ideal, but it is not worth the money. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
