Here is a list of problems:
-Holes in ceilings
-cracks in ceilings
-UNPROFESSIONAL management
-failure to fix ANYTHING!
-dirty, stained carpeting (which they -claimed would be fixed when I moved in!)
-NOISE NOISE NOISE! (teenagers constantly having sex, people using the bathroom, drying their hair, arguing, loud music, and even simple talking)
-failure to salt steps in winter (I fell multiple times with severe bruises on legs and arms)
-failure to fix smoke detector
-water coming out of the ceiling
-cracked windows, broken screens
-NASTY, grimy bathtubs (apartment not cleaned prior to move-in)
-unsafe (no buzzers or locks on outside doors)
-TERRIBLE parking (had to park two BLOCKS away at times because no spots left in the lot)
-Landlord (Slum lord) is a money-hungry b**ch who hired poor management to manage her slums.
Need I say more''
This is no place for professional workers (or anyone for that matter) who desires a peaceful abode!
