I have lived at Twin Oaks West for over a year now and I love my apartment. I actually got to see the apartment instead of a model. The apartment was clean and well taken care of. The office is always helpful and yes when you talk to the office with respect you get the same courtesy in return. The office girls are always cheerful and polite. I feel safe here and will definitely be staying here for awhile.

They must be giving these people something for a good review. This place is cheap, dirty and the decor is not kept current. End of story. I don't care how many people want to report these bogus "good" reports. I know, I lived there and many other people know the truth too.

This is mere --------. I have lived for 6 months here and I know this place is a rat hole. The office staff SUCKS! Some of the worst land ladies ever met! BE CAREFUL TO MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS! God save you, if you already in!

I must agree w/the living conditions of the condo... I disagree regarding the office staff their intentions are in the right place but if you work for -----'s twin sister it's hard to perform your job as an assest to the company or deliver excellent customer service. The Manager is the most ignorant, miserable and non professional person any can ever encounter. She's NEVER in the office
