Great Place! I loved living at the Birches! It was my first apartment on my own and they were so friendly and willing to help with anything. Maintenance fixed anything or came to look at anything I had questions about within a few hours of making a call. Plenty of space to relax and have friends

Loved living there. I was sad to leave the Birches when I transferred out of town. I lived there for 4 years and was very happy with my apartment and the way I was treated. It really felt like home, if I was to move back to Joliet I would move back to the Birches.

Great place The Birches is a nice place to live and a great home for a family! The buildings are well maintaned and the employees are wonderful! Any problems I have had were quickly taken care of by the helpful staff and office manager. All buildings are safe and it is a quiet apartment complex

LOVE IT! The Birches is the ONLY place is Joliet that I would EVER recommend or stay at. The buildings are secure, and being a single female, I feel safe while living here. The buildings are nice a quiet and everyone is very kind. Maintenance staff is excellent- very helpful and quick.
