Have checked out Apartments,Staff is nice and courteous,very friendly also.It's up to the teanants on how they keep up their apartment and how noisy they are,just because some teanants act a certain way means you don't have to be like that(ghetto).And if you have mites in the apartment it is up to the teanant to let your Landlord know about that situation,or what ever problem you might have,so don't down something when people need a place to stay and they choose Sunset Lake Apartment.

I have heard that a lot of the first floor apartments have roaches. I was unaware of the mites.

who ever posted this review must work in the sunset office, and everything they said is a lie, this is no place for a human being period, it's like the p js and they call themselves hireing security what a ------- joke, the maintenance buy drugs just like the rest of the crack heads who work here, the gangs are ridiculous and they sell drugs 24/7 on the when thursday hits all hell breaks loose and the break ins here is constant and it no one else but the maintenance they have keys to everything and every door in the building, im so damn tired of calling the police it's sicking i dont give a ---- about the lease im moving, im tired of my children seeing the ---- that goes on over here and over in the laurels, and the so called security that walks around spying on people for management has no respect when it comes to females, and the mexican workers are always whistleing at the young girls on their way to school in the morning, and they hang out in the hallways like the kids, it's more of a prison but just like the projects, if i had of known this before hand i would have never ever moved in, and the staff are money hungry they dont give a ---- who they move in this ---- hole, they dont have to live here and i dont either this is not worth anyones 1200 dollars, this is a damn rip off.
