I live in a 1-bedroom with my boyfriend and three cats.



The bedroom is large with a two-door closet and lots of windows. There is a two-door linen closet between the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom is small. There is always hot water. There is a bath/shower combination. The dining room is medium-sized and the living room is large, with 3/4 of the wall windows and a door leading outside. The kitchen is small and doesny?t have a lot of cabinet space. The stove is gas. There is a door leading outside from the kitchen and a window above the sink looking out to the pinic table and all the squirrels and birds below.



There is plenty of storage space (lockers provided to each tenant) in the basement and a large laundry room (one washer and dryer to share with a total of 6 apartments). The basement rooms are heated. Air conditioners are provided and installed by the on-site maintenance workers. The grounds are well-maintained.



There are plenty of apartments to choose from and the office staff will help match you to the apartment and neighbors that match your lifestyle (the only noise we hear is traffic).



The only thing I dony?t like about the apartment is that it is carpeted.



1 block from grocery store, video store, library, and park and a short walk to downtown La Grange and the Metra and Pace stops.
