The Bad: The apartment has carpet in every room accept the kitchen and bath room.

Tenants pay for cooking gas and electricity.

The Good: The carpet is well kept, seems to be fairly new. I love to cook and my gas bill has never been over $15.00...I work from home and run DSL on both my desktop and laptop and my electric bill hasn't been more then $18.00.

The maintenance crew answers to your request almost immediately. The grounds are well kept. The people in the office are extremely friendly. If you have a lot of clothing then I think 4 closets should work. The bed room is very spacious. It is large enough to have an over side Queen Bedroom set with dresser, mirror, night stands, lamp, and a television and stand or chest.

I house two cars and I almost never have a problem finding parking in front of my door. I have on a couple of occassions had to walk less then a 1/2 block to my apartment from a parking space.

I currently use my dinning room as an office space and guest room. The kitchen is relatively small but large enough for a table that seats 4-6 people.

I am planning to move out this year. I will be attending graduate school in the Fall in Indiana. If you are looking for a place to call home/to find a start this would be the place. Ask for unit 2-419 Sherwood Road...I will be moving out around July 31st.

There are often promotions, 1st month rent free.
