My husband and I lived there for only a year and had a horrible experience. The parking is terrible if you came back any later than 8 pm you had to walk a ways to get to your apartment. We had very outdated everything! We could hear our neighbors and kids screaming at night as we were trying to fall asleep. We had a maintenance man enter our apartment for no reason while we weren't home. There was no work order for him being there, and the property manager kept making excuses for him. She was horrible to work with. After we moved out she accused us of painting the kitchen cabinets, which we didn't. They had been painted before we moved in. They had specific hours for laundry and if it wasn't done at exactly the time, someone would come and shut them off. Overall a bad experience!

I agree with all you've said. I lived there for 5 years and the management team was horrible, especially the property manager!! Outdated appliances, mice, terrible parking, made up circumstances to keep half of my security deposit, I can go on and on.
