it's cheap, you get what you pay for

Maintanance is very nice but not very helpful. They have too much to do and not enough people or time to do it. The place is cheap and falling apart.
The neighbors are okay and it's pretty quiet. The neighborhood seems safe, but the doors are not secure and the outside lights don't always work.
