I love my apartment! I am shocked to read all of the negative things that are being said! If there is a problem I email or turn in a request and they come out that day! The longest I had to wait was the next morning. I did have a problem with my heat in the fall, but I called it in and they came that day. The last person is an idiot for using their oven, they could have blown up the whole building, do you really trust their review'' That must be my neighbor that got evicted for not paying his rent. I think that is all this site is about, cranky people who won't be happy anywhere! Look at the other reviews, all of these apartments on this site can't really all be this bad. Well, I love my apartment, the heat is great and I can control it with my own thermostat. I have all new stuff inside my unit so it looks great. The price is very comfortable, especially considering the electric bill is only $20.00 in the winter!!!!! That made my holiday shopping much easier. I talked to the manager, she is really nice by the way, and they told me they are switching from well water to city water so they can't fix the parking lot yet because they are going to break it apart, but after they do that they will fix it all! The city water will be nice. The parking is okay, no garages, but I don't have a problem getting a spot. I don't hear my neighbors. The grounds are okay, the grass is really green and nice, I can't wait until they finish the courtyard area! The parking lot is bright and there are no dark corners. Maintenance staff is awsome! I have lived in other places and this one is the one I like the most. Don't trust the cranky people! This is a nice calm place. I love it and I plan on staying for a long time! AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
