I have ived here for just over 2 years and it is a quiet and reasonably priced place to live. I have nver had issues with my manager. WHen I need something, Ilet her know and it is taken care of in a timely fashion. I do know they are changing over from well (November2008)to city water and that will be nice, however, the well water has never been much of an issue for me. I beleive the earlier reviews that have been negative must have been with tenants wo were kicked out for not paying their rent as I remember they siad they were going to try and make the place look bad. All I can say is come check it out for yourself before you take to heart what has been preivously stated. I like it and I am saving alot of maney living here. Nect year I am buying my own place!
