Best Home In Lake Bluff! - Deer Valley Apartments are by far the best in Lake Bluff. My lease was up the end of June at a nearby complex and I couldn t wait to leave it and thankfully I came across Deer Valley. Nice Place I like this place...it's a peaceful neighbourhood....the staff is really friendly and maintenance is also good, they attend to your service requests pretty quickly..apartments are well maintained...staff keeps organizing monthy events which is good..decent gym and pool

Great, Safe apartments I've lived at Forest Pointe for almost one year in a one bedroom/one bath apartment. I will definitely be renewing my lease. I have had zero problems. There is plenty of parking, the staff is pleasant and organized, and the apartments are nice.

The garbage can of Lake Bluff DO NOT MOVE HERE! THere are several apartments around the block that are so much better and the same price. The building is falling apart, the water is disgusting, they don't "fix" anything they just cover it up. The management company is rude and
