great place (starting to have issues though)

I still live there. My family has been there for 7 years. I have two kids, and my wife. The kids like the playground, it's in a great town. The elementary school is across the street.
In the past they allowed section 8 housing and there were undesirables living there in my wife and my own opinion. I've been told by other residents who seem to be knowagable that the section 8 is no longer accepted. This is wonderful!
However, they started allowing dogs no bigger than 50lbs and only one dog per apt.
I don't know if the policy has been updated or if people are just getting away with this but there are HORSES living in these apartments. Huge dogs and mostly owned by older teens and people in early 20's. The newer residents seem to be only in this demographic (not all). They don't pick up after their dogs, they speed in the parking lots, and are very noisy. I sincerely hope this isn't a trend that will continue. This place was wonderful before all of that.
The management is wonderful as well. They are combating all of the above issuse and are aware of the speeding and the dog messes.
I've placed a few calls about the running up and down the stairs and teens hanging out in the halls from 9pm to 11:30pm and the management is working with me on this.
All in all: some minor issues but they seem to be improving. I'd recommend living here.
(if you aren't noisy! LOL)
