My wife and I just moved out after living here for 3 years.
This is a very well kept apartment complex, Becky (the onsite landlord) is a great person.She's very attentive to the needs of her tenants, the maintenance are friendly and easy going.
It has a nice playgrounds for the kids if you have little ones, and decent lake front beach.The apartments are convinietnly close to train station, grade school, and post office and the Lake Villa Beach.
I would recommend this place to family and friends who are looking for a decent quiet area.
