If you are interested in living in a community that does not accept children and has more rules than a Catholic boarding school this place is for you. I have lived at this location for over a year and would not recommend this place to anyone. The management (Diana) is horrible. She lacks one of the most important skills; people skills. If she isn't sending out memos outlining the fines every week then she is drafting the new parking regulations.
Apparently since the complex is almost empty the only way to increase revenue is to hit residents with costly fees; ranging from parking violations to ridiculous patio violations. If you are looking for a nice place to live and meet new people look else where. The only people you will find at this complex are the underpaid, Hispanic cleaning crews.
Such a shame that such a nice facility and a community could be impacted so negatively by a few individuals. Hopefully someone from Buschman Homes will read this and realize they have a ---- style manager and give her the boot.
One side note... the water pressure sucks, no bathroom fan; why I'm not sure. The Sat. cable is pathetic; if the channels even work. Not to mention the fees if you decide to cancel or upgrade your cable package. If you decide to upgrade expect to pay at least $25 plus the new monthly fee. That fee could have even increased' When or if you stop by for a tour enjoy your time in the club house because that is the only time it will be open. Forget about going to the club house after work or in the evening because it's not open. Get used to planning your mail deliveries around the 9-6 hours of the club house. I'm surprised the exercise room is not under constant video surveillance.

| The management you refer to has not worked here for at least the last 4 years, therefore, I am unable to comment about your experiences with that individual. I am not sure what you mean when you say that we do ???not accept children.??? Children are welcome to live here, and we have held many child-friendly functions here at the clubhouse such as our various holiday and pool parties and ice cream socials (along with clowns and face painting). Again, I am not sure what you are referring to regarding the violations you write about pertaining to parking and balconies/patios. We have open parking here at The Sanctuary and although we require you to have a parking sticker on your vehicle(s), we do not have any specific policies about where and when you can and cannot park your car on the property. If you have a garage with a driveway, we require that you use it to park your vehicles so that there is additional parking available for those who do not. We do ask our residents to please keep their bicycles and their dogs off of the balconies. We have had issues before with dogs urinating and defecating on the balconies and you can imagine the problems this causes for other residents. I am hoping that in regards to the water pressure in your apartment, you were able to voice this concern to us so that maintenance could work to fix the problem. Again, if we don???t know about it, there is nothing we can do to resolve it. As for the lack of bathroom fans, we can explain this. We have an internal ventilation system within each building that regulates this thus eliminating the need for individual bathroom fans. Regarding the satellite TV, the $25.00 fee to upgrade or downgrade your service is something that the leasing specialists and I discuss with all new tenants during the lease review/signing. The fee covers the work our maintenance needs to do to transfer/upgrade/disconnect your service. We are not in business to charge whatever we want for whatever we want, and again, it is discussed prior to you signing a lease with us. To respond to your last comment about the clubhouse, it is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to all residents. Each resident has their own personal code to be able to enter at any time and use the fitness center and the business center. The pool is open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (seasonally) and there is a clubhouse attendant stationed at the pool during hours of operation. I hope I was able to address some of the issues you???ve voiced here. If you have any suggestions on how we may be able to improve upon things, we will gladly take them into consideration. | |

I don't find the Sanctuary at all like this perhaps Tara the current manager has made a big differance. By the way I'm always able to use the clubhouse it is now open 24 hours. I think they do have cameras in the clubhouse, but I'm in favor of that since it is open 24 hours.
