WOW! What a difference new faces make. I can actually go into the office and see a smiling face. The daggers have been put away. I have lived at alot of places and this is the first time my birthday is recognized and money was taken off my rent. This is the first time I went to a resident function and my children actually could come with me. I agree with the other reviews in that the manager was not a people person and there is going to be a huge improvement in the months to come.
