I have lived in apartments all my life. I'm thrilled I found the Sanctuary. I almost purchased a new townhome in the same complex as one of my friends. I have vistited my freind many times over the last year and we have compared our experiances. The Sanctuary is quieter, more energy efficent, has better maintenance and landscape maintenance. Four months ago my freind had to take a job transfer out of state and still has not been able to sell the townhouse. She has reduced the price twice and after paying the realtor she figures she will need to write a check for $3,000.00 IF she gets her full asking price. I'm glad I live at the Sanctuary and did not buy that townhouse!
