I am on my 2nd lease at the sanctuary and I love it here. Its close to everything but really quiet. The staff is very enjoyable to talk to and I've only had to make a maintenence call once in over a yr. Alot of people think that the rent is a little high, and I would agree, but u get what u pay for. You could always go across the street to Waters Edge and pay a cheaper rent, but u wont get the service and all the other things that is included in your rent at the Sanctuary. The gym and pool area are great and the Holiday and wine tasting parties are a lot of fun. Tara and her staff are always asking for input for different things to do. They have a book club, a dinner club and a charity club where they get volunteers to work with the homeless. Where else can u get that' Nowhere in Lake County.
