I have lived here for almost a year and I'm fed up with the management and their staff, especially Tara. They are rude and unprofessional, and treat this community like college frat house. It's difficult to get a hold of someone if there is an issue, and they are slow to respond. I cannot wait until my lease is up.

This person must have a personal problem with the staff. I find the opposite to be true. Everyone is professional at the Sanctuary. If the person was not "anonymous" I'm sure he would be taken care of.

I agree with the person who wrote this review. I have had three issues, and the property manager Tara Ashten has absolutely no customer service. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but she is really the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I wasn't going to write anything, but by the third issue, I think it is time I voice my opinion. I was planning on renewing my lease, but I would rather pay the high price of moving again than to deal with her any longer. Even the woman who gave me my key at move in told me there has never been a "smooth move in." There are some staff who are really kind and helpful, but Tara makes all the decisions, so if there is a problem, you will have to deal with her. Even when I see her in the parking lot, she has a mean expression on her face. I value customer service highly, and if you do to, my suggestion would be to find another place to live!

Perhaps it is the way you talk the staff yourself. I've had a couple of problems and they were very responsive and quick to fix the issues. Tara has been willing to do whatever it takes to get things fixed and provide speedy service. My move in was without any problems and extremely smooth! I love living here!

I also had a smooth move it. No problems what so ever. Been here 2 yrs and love it. I've never had a problem with the staff.

I have lived here two years and just renewed for a third. I had no issues with my move in and every maitenance call I have had was resolved right away. I even had an issue with my dead bolt and Tara came over and personally took care of it. She is all about customer service!
