The Sanctuary is exactly what the name says it is! From the well maintained grounds to the great staff this is an excellant place to live. I've never lived in a place where they plan so many resident events. From wine tastings for the adults to family movie nights for the kids, book clubs, and dinner clubs, the property manager (Tara) goes out of her way to make this really feel like a neiborhood. As a dog owner this place has plenty of "pet stations" that are always stocked and maintained. Plenty on grass and open areas for nice walks, and less than a mile from a huge county dog run (also very well maintained). Just like most things you get what you pay for in life, and the Sanctuary is worth every penny!

This was obviously posted by someone who works here! They haven't done a movie night, book club or dinner since I've lived here! Tara is NOT the easiest person to deal with, unless you are one of her friends, and Tanya has some MAJOR issues with customer service and attitude. For what we pay to live here, I would expect more than "well maintained dog stations". They make their residents feel like they are something that was left at the dog station.

I've lived here a year and there have been several events. In just the past couple of weeks, there has been a pool party and an ice cream social. Next week they are having and After Hours Mixer with members of the local Chamber of Commerce. Throughout the year there have been several events. They may not have been movie nights or book clubs, but there have been wine and beer tasting events, as well as several others. I will agree that Tanya is not easy to work with. She seems to think that her primary purpose is to sell apartments, rather than take care of residents, but she is the first difficult person that I've had to deal with here. The rest, including Tara and particulary Becky, are fantastic!
