We searched through about 50 miles of communities in order to find the right place. It had to have three qualities, Beauty, Tranquillity and a touch of Class. After my initial visit, I immediately called my wife and told her to stop searching. Our search was finally over! I couldn t stop thinking about this place. I could not get it out of my head.

My wife and I have lived here since Jan. 2007 and we absolutely LOVE IT! Our move in day went great. We received a surprise (I do not want to spoil yours) which was much more than we expected. It had a great touch.

After a long day at work we can hardly wait to get home to enjoy our view and the feeling of getting away from it all. Our guests have described it as a time-share. The unit is spectacular and the ClubHouse just puts it over the top. The name says it all; it is truly a Sanctuary.

Unfortunately for us, we have not been able to attend the scheduled events. However, we love the fact that they think enough of the tenants to even schedule Wine and Ice Cream tasting, and pool parties. The Sanctuary is a winner and if you enjoy peace at the right price we highly recommend The Sanctuary as a great place to live.

Obviously these posts are written by the staff of Sanctuary to make them look good, when their customer service skills suck. They are rude, clickish, and are never available. Not to mention this place is overpriced, the units are small, and you're better off buying a condo for the price.

I've been here 2 yrs. and these are the biggest 2 bedrooms i've ever seen. I had a lockout once in the middle of the night and Tara personally took care of me.

I agree with 67renter, these apartments are big and beautiful, the patio is big enough and is very country like. And yet close enough to great shopping. Lots of discounts in preferred businesses. The staff is not rude, clickish and always available. Great attitudes. No complaints about staff. When I moved in Tara was very helpful with everything I needed to move in. And she still is always there when needed.

This is in response to the anonymous one above: First of all, customer service around here is great! I've had absolutely no problems with anyone. The apartments are a little pricey, but we get what we pay for. The low cost of utilities alone make the higher price on the rent worth it. How many other places around here can you pay under $100 for both electricity and gas? Also, there is no bigger apartment that I have found in Lake County. I have the one bedroom and it is bigger than many two bedroom apartments. Whenever someone comes to visit, the first thing they comment on are the size of the living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The bedroom is the twice the size of the bedroom in my last apartment! To say these units are small is about the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard!
