Okay place to live, but a bit pricey

So, this place has a lot of rules. If you have dogs, there are a bunch of rules for them as well. For example, they cannot go out on the patio or they have to use a certain dog area. Not a good idea if you have a puppy and can barely make it out the door. Just make sure that you know what you are signing up for before you sign the lease.
One of my major complaints is the Landscaping crew. They start pretty early and are pretty noisy.
The common areas are kept pretty clean, and the ladies who clean are very nice.
The office staff is okay. They can be a bit snotty at times. Everything has to go through the manager. I would agree that the staff is overly friendly before you move in, but I think that is the same way at every complex.
The Sanctuary is not a bad place to live, but I would not pay the full price. If they are having a good special, then it is something to consider.

People are very fortunately they are able to have dogs. I think people should clean up after them. I don't feel I should step in dog crap.
The complex is clean.
The staff was nice to me before I moved in and they still are after 6 months of living there.
The problem with the complainers is that they are spoiled and never had to follow any rules in life. I think their parents gave them everything the wanted. They are just immature.
I like it here.
Tara has gone out of her way to help me. Just like Amanda and Crystal are very nice, too. Extremely helpful and attentive.
