I am happy to take the time to submit this review of the Sanctuary of Lake Villa. From the beginning of my lease, I have truly experienced the benefits of luxury apartment living. There are many amenities, including a beautiful clubhouse with a fabulous fitness center, computer room with high speed internet, faxing privileges, an office staff who accepts our packages, & access to a first-class pool.

The extra events that are planned by the staff are fantastic. There is an extremely fun Oktoberfest with beer & wine tasting, music, great food, & the opportunity to interact with my neighbors. The management spares no expense for the completely free Christmas party for the residents. There is fun, food, dancing, and generous prize giveaways.

More than anything, I feel that the office staff is always successfully finding ways of making our apartment living experience more than just apartment living. There is a book club, regular contests, & a monthly newsletter that is always informative with extra fun & flair.

The maintenance staff is highly responsive; the office is always professional, courteous, & accomodating. They truly do have an open door policy. If I can't be in my own house, there is no place else that I'd rather be!

I wouldn't live here if you paid me. And given the large amount of free rent you're giving away, it looks like you're doing just that. Stop pulling the wool over people's eyes.

This is a blatant false review. Anyone with half of a brain could see through this one. EDIT IT SHOULD READ: More than anything, I feel that the office staff is always successfully finding ways to make your experience a pain in the @ss. There are b.s. fees for everything you do & terrible customer service. There is a book club, which makes up for our incompetence in apartment management!

Hey...anyone who used to get sh*tfaced at resident events, hit on all the guys, then wind up drinking with the neighbors is someone you DON'T want running the show there. Too bad.
