I am starting to see a pattern on this website and up until now I have decided to keep my mouth shut. I had an appalling situation that happened between ---- and myself. Because of its uniqueness, I do not want to describe it until I move out because I know I would face additional poor treatment. All I can say is that I was about to seek legal advice and pay large lawyer fees just because how wrong I felt the situation was. I am NEVER one to complain, but the treatment I have received by ---- has been malicious. I do not expect someone to bend over backwards for me, but I also expect a certain level of customer service. I have described "my situation" to my colleagues, and all of them were shocked out the treatment I received from ----. My unit has been fine and if you never have a reason to speak to management, living here has been tolerable, but if you do value customer service, you may want to really think about some of these complaints.

How does ---- still have a job? I hope if she ever decides to leave The Sanctuary of Lake Villa (prayers will be answered) her new employer conducts some investigative work and reads the reviews posted on this site. The leasing staff is completely useless and just as rude. However, can you blame them? Look at how the Property Manager treats the residents...---- does not lead by example.

I too will wait until I move out to share my story as we would be easily identifiable due to the things we have had to deal with, complain about etc. I believe there would be retaliation if I expressed myself honestly. Let's just say that I have lived here for a considerable amount of time and kick myself everyday for signing another lease. I originally wanted to purchase a Bushmann Home but after the way I have seen how they manage this property and the b**ch that they put in charge they will not be getting my business on one of their "luxury homes".
