High Prices, False Promises and Disappointment

It is unfortunate that this response was not more descriptive. Since the resident lived here for three years, I would hope that they could bring any issues to my attention so that my staff and I may have a fair effort in resolving the issues rather than leaving them unsettled.

Two words. Damage control. And....I'm sure Tara has better things to do than worry about an apartment bulletin board. Perhaps the Buschman brothers SHOULD take notice of this. One comment, maybe. Multiple comments? A vendetta? Perhaps. Reality at the Sanctuary? That's probably the case. While living there I've seen maybe three people who worked there gone since LAST SUMMER? That means the staff left, were let go, or....Tara doesn't know ---- about managing. I'll go with 'let go' and 'Tara doesn't know how to manage' personally. Wonder how she keeps her job? I'm still living here and I notice the property's not all that filled. Wonder why? Snarky response expected. Just wait...

Tara, you are full of S***! You wouldn't try to resolve any issues. You would give the resident attitude like they were a bothersome. You can be as fake as you want on this website. The residents see your true colors! You make us deal with issues ourselves because you are too lazy to do anything about them. What's the point in having a "property manager" if they aren't even going to do their job? Personally, I think Tara is a complete waste of space and money. She has no idea how to be a property manager or a decent human being for that matter.
