Don't expect to come away satisfied though... he has not been helpful to us and we are counting down the days until our lease is up.

Buschmann has lost interest in this property/he's on to other projects and cares less about what we have to say. He may meet with you and say what you want to hear but there will not be any action. Why do you think Crystal and the other lady left.

Tara, you're still at it? When is Gary going to get rid of you and find someone capable of basic customer service skills? I'm honestly surprised you still have a job; however, I'm sure you do a great job of managing up and hiding the problems the residents encounter at The Sanctuary of Lake Villa. I know you read these posts and I would love for you to respond to these questions. How do you plan to remedy the concerns we have at this apartment community? Why do you talk about residents behind their backs to other residents? Why do you speak "down" to your residents and others? Can you explain some of your unethical behavior? For example, not repaying security deposits within 30 days of a resident's departure or not making apartments available when a residents clearly informs you and your staff they are moving out (I remain friends with former residents). I would love to hear what you have to say about these concerns.
For others reading this post, please do not suggest I simply walk into the office and speak to Tara as I already have done this without any success. In addition, for those who have had a pleasant experience at The Sanctuary, I'm truly jealous of you as I wish I could share in your opinion of this property. However, I have not and, by the looks of it, many others are still very frustrated with the way they are treated. I can't wait to until my lease is expired and I can put this behind me.
As for speaking with Gary Buschman, that will not get you far. He doesn't care about this community. If he did, he would have fired Tara Ashton a long time ago. You are just a rent payment to him.

We received our security deposit back shortly after we moved out. We damaged the carpet in one of our bedrooms. We were charged a fair price and the rest of our deposit was returned within a few weeks.
