I lived there for 2 years. Just moved out. I was generally satisfied with the staff. They were pleasant and helpful. The apartment was nice, but perhaps a little over-priced. The water there is terrible. It started out ok, but got progressively worse. Very hard!! Water smelled terrible. I complained and they sent the maintenance guy to flush my water heater. Didn't help. I had to go out and buy my own filter for the shower and kitchen sink.

There were a few tenants in our area of the complex that were pigs! Again, it started out ok, but in the last year went down hill. The garbage areas were always full of opened garbage bags laying on the ground instead of in the dumpsters. Lazy!

My fiance and I busted our butts cleaning our 2 bedroom apartment before we left. Now I find out they are nickel and diming us on our move out inspection. If I'd know that was going to happen, we wouldn't have invested the 4-5 hours we spent cleaning the bathrooms,kitchen and rest of the place. Even charged us $95 to clean the carpets. Guess I should subsedize all their costs of changing over one tenant to the next. What a joke!

As far as apartments go it's not bad, just prepare to pay a little extra and don't assume you're getting your deposit back that's for sure.
