I actually like the complex very much. It's very quiet, the tenants are ver nice, the work out facility is nice, the pool is a conveinence, the apartments are very spacious and the balconeys are large enough. But I have had my share of experiences with the office staff. I don't think they have anyone in there that is very compentent. I have never met this Tara women that everyone speaks of, but from the sound of it I don't want to. My biggest gripe with the complex is they do not have recycling in place, the incompetent office staff, and there is no rent drop box! You have to stick you $1,000 rent check in a slot in the office door and watch it drop somewhere on the office floor. And if it falls under a table or chair, and no one sees it...well that isn't the office's problem.

I've had the office lose my rent check more than once and it was MAILED. Horribly irresponsible... and guess who pays for it. The customer!
