The bugs are unbelievable, living on the lake.
The price is way too high.
The management company is corrupt and will make you fight to get your security deposit back.
Overall...It is a great place to live if you have money to piss away.
In the winter you will pay 100 percent more in
heating (electric bills) as you are living on a giant ice cube..Deep Lake. Avoid this place.
Bottom Line: A big rip off unless you are rich and don't care.
Lay-out of apt is bad and carpets are cheap crap. They don't purge lint from the in-house dryer lines, so the laundry facilities can be rated zero also.
