The Good. The staff is nice, helpful, and friendly. Pretty lake close to apartments.
The Bad. The price vs. size is ridulous. I got 2 months free rent and I am still paying too much. The appliances do appear to be old and cheap. The included washer and dryer are a joke, about 1/3 the capacity of a normal set. The bathroom and kitchen both have a yellowed linoleum that never looks clean. The apartment was not well cleaned before I took possession. The carpeting is old and worn out. The overall layout of apartment is the worst...absolutely horrible. Especially if you are trying to setup a home theater, too many doorways (3 in living room w/a glass wall to balcony). I wouldn't renew my lease without a decrease in rent.
