When we were intially looking for a good area to move to, we thought the Waters Edge Apartments was a good choice. We moved in thinking we had a good apt. But little did we know that sucker was written all over our faces. We have a very bad bug problem, squeaky ceiling,no insulation in the walls,always drafty in the winter,old appliances,old worn out carpeting,and there is something that constantly needs to replaced or fixed. However its a good floor plan ,the view of the lake is great and the parking is great. Whatever you do don?t waste your money.Keep looking,drive as far and fast as you can. Avoid this place if your life depends on it. Oh by the way the management is irresponsible. Remember you are paying for their money problems.

I agree the buildings are in bad shape. However I have seen the manager fight to try and get things fixed and replaced around here. The old manager used to tell me the problem was the District Manager and the reviews I've seen on the building she's at prove it.
