We just moved from Waters Edge after a couple of years. The staff really try hard to make the best of a sad situation. Shame the owners cannot take care of a great place to live. Everyone has heard for a long time that it is going to get better and it does not happen. Will not live in a America 1st property again.New Manager has made some great steps in taking care of problems and issues and the staff seems happier. The buildings are terrible, the roofs leak, the place is run down and an embarrassment to have people come visit.

I fully agree with you. The new manager has tried hard to make this a nice place to live again. She's a pleasure to have here. The staff is happier, I agree. It's unfortunate that the District Manager would rather get the monthly bonuses than keep the buildings nice. I would like a full account as to where my rent goes every month. Every dime should be accounted for.
