The complex was recently sold and the new owner was quick to start remodeling the complex that has been promised to the tenants for years. The office manager has much opportunity to improve customer service and might even retain some tenants. After getting a new kitten, I was charged penalties and a pet deposit. When I tried to appeal the penalty I was told that I signed the lease, nothing she would do. Simple math would prove that removing a $200 fee would have kept me there for 5 more months equaling a few thousand extra dollars to the new owner. I am extremely happy I terminated my lease early and got out before it got any worse.

this person lived in my building. Broke the conditions of the lease. Brought in a cat without getting it oked and got mad when got caught. So blames the Manager for not getting permission to remove the fine, and had to put down a pet deposit and pay pet rent like the rest of us. Get serious. Had the cat there for a couple of months. Sure didn't complain when a new furnace was put in the apartment even though had already said I'm moving. The thing about Waters Edge is that most of us talk to each other.

Looking back at my review and the comment 18 months later, I had to respond to let everyone know that the management/owners are posting fake reviews. I was always busy, hardly at the apartment, and never talked to any neighbors proving that the management wrote this. Good business means finding an exception to the rule to keep good tenants. She also didnt mention that I payed the deposit and the extra rent without blinking. As for the furnace, it is your JOB to maintain these units! why would I complain?

After 18 monthe your life is so empty that you have to go back to see if anyone agrees with your breaking the rules?? Manager had already left by the time the posting was wrote.
