This last week proved to be the end for me and several neighbors. We have not had any heated hallways for most of the winter. This week water pipes burst and 6 or 7 apartments flooded. The only hallway that has heat is the office and that's to sucker in new tenants. The snow plow company has not been coming to salt the drive and people have been falling. I know of 3 and not even an apology. The sidewalks are terrible. This was not like this for the last 21/2 years. Guess the new owner really doesn't care. To the huge, nasty man, that is brought on to the property for stuff: quit telling us lies.This place may not have been pretty to look at but at least we were taken care of before.
