I have to say I am very happy with the new office staff she wished me a happy holiday and brought a package to my home herself. I dont know her but cant wait to meet her. thank you again. and to the new owners thank you for making waters edge a great place to live.... good choice in office staff. you are doing a great job and these other people have nothing better to do than complain get a life people. i have to say I dont like the maintenance he is a little creepy and not very nice but the office what a difference..... its about time. i look forward to the new year whoever you are thank you

How do you know she brought it there if you have never met her. Dont think it was the staff that got the gift. Probably the owner. I seem to remeber the staff last year got the then owners to do a holiday give away, a contest for decorating, we all got new doormats, welcome gifts, and other stuff.

What a crazy response. Sounds like it's coming from the disgrunted ex-employee. The fact of the matter is, I've been a resident at Water's Edge for the past year and was ready to leave if it wasnot for the new staff. The old office staff was just rude, unpleasant and unfriendly. I got yelled at for calling in a request to have my bathtub to work. The new staff is very pleasant and friendly. What holiday gifts is she talking about? If it's those ugly, dirty, tripping hazard door matts, I hope the old manager can take them and leave. The new property manager is awesome!

Some one obviously has an axe to grind with the last manager. I knew both of the past staff and cannot believe they yelled at anyone for a work order, sounds more like the past and present maintenance staff
