I was very careful when I looked at this complex and was sold a line. I asked all the right questions, received all the right answers only to get the real deal on day one.
I had a Fedex delivered to the office who promptly lost it. I had to call Fedex who did indeed deliver it, the office put it on a shelf in a closet and it feel behind a box.
Then I had to travel for work and when I returned found a notice on my door. It seems instead of calling me to say I was 1 day late in the rent they charged me $50 late fee. No problems calling about the late fee.
I had a broken burner on the stove and it took 2 calls to get someone to look at it.
It took 3 times to get the door bell fixed.
And the list goes on and on.
There is a high school clsoe by and a little loud during sports events (and many kidss in the parking lot.)
The walls are paper thn so expect noise all night long unless you are on the thrid floor (I am but have heard about the other two floors.)
The office girls are young and seem somewhat inexperinced so write down anything they say, answers tend to chnage among the three of them.
Though I still live here I am moving in Feb when the lease runs out no matter what.
