We'll I am going on year number 2 here and have yet to have any problems,of course there were times my A/C went out but all I had to do was call the office and someone was always right there to help out, I plan on staying here for at least a few more years before I decide to purchase something most likely in the area, but right now the market is a little to high for me and my price range. So until then, I am happy to say that I call The Landings home.
