This is an apartment not a home, you don't own it! For an aprtment it is very nice, if you want there to be no noise, no neighbors, no service issues buy a home!!
I live here and enjoy it very much, there are times I hear my neighbors but so what it's an apartment and if I expected it to be silent I'd be crazy. I will tell you it is actually quieter than my first home!!
I have had no service isssues which is a good thing and have always gotten great service so what else can I say' It's been pretty enjoyable so far.
