I was less than pleased with the overall approach of this complex. Since living here I have had 3 service issues that seem to take for every to fix. Not the handy ma's fault but the office staff got the message worng the first time. Make sure if you must live here to get the top floor the walls and floors are not very sound proof so yu will hear the floor above or they will hear you.

I moved in July 2003 and have found a great place in Lincolnshire.
