Good place to live. Had a problem with a utility - was solved after 2 to 3 attempts - but good point was that they always responded within 12-24 hrs.
Staff is fine .. courteous .. there are new people on staff - dont know about them tho.
Apartments have no amenities except a gym and pool - though both are quite good. Property is relatively new which is a lot to ask anyway around Chicago - appliances are all good. Washer Dryer is full size - i like that.
Repeated problems with lady bugs but again they responded well .. within 2-4 days each time it occured.
Car Parking is a problem when all apartements are filled up
Rent is very high for the area. They can drop it by $150-$200 to be competitive.
Lake Zurich is a nice quiet place but access in a hurry is a problem .. no expressway till u get to 53 - I liked the area overall and the apartments were good and quiet
