I lived at the Landings Lake Zurich this year for about 6 month. I found the Landings from a web site. When I called (I signed the lease by phyone only using this sites recommendations) the iffice staff seemd nice and all. I found out latter they run the site according to procedures that are interesting.

Not too many negatives other than the construction is weak when it comes to sound proofing (if possible try to find a corner top floor appartment.)

The trash areas on weekends gets over loaded and messy.

The office staff can be standoffish and unfriendly at times and have been known to leave earlier than posted times.

I would not reccomend the Landings to my friends or co-workers based on my experince.
